How do I communicate with my Tech Assistant in Silver Membership?
To communicate with your Tech Assistant, submit a ticket with instructions on what you need to be done in words or video, and your assistant will complete the tech tasks for you in this membership tier. Your assistant will communicate with you in an email response back and, if needed, through a video that will be sent to you to provide additional clarity and details.
How do I track the work done under my Dream Assistant Silver Membership?
You can track the task being done for you within the monthly membership inside your Record Sheet located inside your CRM Portal Menu. CRM Menu→ "My Dream Assistant" → "Take Me To My Membership Portal"
What is included in the Done-For-You Services of the Dream Assistant Silver Membership?
The Dream Assistant Silver Membership includes Done-For-You services such as troubleshooting, backend system testing, system setups & optimization, calendars, triggers, automation, email, SMTP, and domains.
Can I upgrade my Membership to a Gold or Platinum membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your Membership to the Gold or Platinum level.
If you are interested in upgrading to a Gold or Platinum membership option, feel free to submit an upgrade request to email: support@ivleadz.com.
If IV LEADZ is able to fulfill your request, we will do so immediately to provide the service you need. If IV LEADZ is not able to fulfill your request immediately, you will get notified as soon as we are able to, as a respected client.
If you decide to upgrade to another membership tier within the current month, the value of your Silver membership credit will be applied towards the difference in payment. This credit will be applied on a 30-day interval basis.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final and no refunds will be afforded you waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.

What are the membership requirements for the Dream Assistant Silver Membership?
This Membership is designed to help you with your Tech Needs using the IV LEADZ CRM PLATFORM. This all-in-one sales and marketing platform can host your entire online business, all for a monthly fee of $197 USD.
All communication and requests must be made through your "My Dream Assistant" Members Support button found inside your CRM menu bar to receive the expected support agreed upon. Other forms of communication may cause confusion. Your silver membership applies only to the account you signed up with. If you have multiple accounts with us, you will need multiple memberships.
Is the monthly CRM payment included in the Dream Assistant Silver Membership?
No, the monthly CRM payment of $197 is not included in this program and is outside of this membership and will still be
What are the work expectations under the Dream Assistant Silver Membership?
Turnaround time for each task or project depends on the depth of the task or project. The goal is to deliver the completion of your task or project requested on the same day or as fast as possible per task. (up to 3-7 business day turnaround depending on the complexity and project as well as client communication back with IV Leadz and their assistant) IV Leadz is not responsible if client turnaround with necessary information, credentials, or other things needed to complete the task or project at hand are delayed.
How much does the Dream Assistant Silver Membership cost?
The monthly charge for the Silver member of the Dream Assistant Program is Option 1: $800 USD for the month-to-month option or Option 2: 6 months upfront or $4,000 USD (which results in savings over $133 per month).
What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
If you want to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time by contacting our support team. To cancel your month-to-month membership, you must send an email to support@ivleadz.com at least 15 days before your next payment is due.
This will ensure that you are not charged for the upcoming month's membership. The 15-day notice period is essential for IV LEADZ as it helps them maintain a limited number of monthly clients and provide quality onboarding to new clients.
